Add your event

This form allows you to enter your event for inclusion into our web site. The request will be checked and placed on the site. Fill in the information and scroll to the bottom of the page and click on 'ADD ENTRY' to submit the information.

Enter a start date and an optional end date for this event. Leave the day in the end date blank if this is a one-day event. The end date will be set automatically to be the same as the start date.

Most events are either one day only, or run every day for some period of time. If the event is repeated periodically, like every Wednesday or on the last Sunday of every month, then you can use the 'CREATE REPEATED EVENT DATES' button to create a list of dates for the event. You may set the date range for the event in the boxes above before pressing the button. Please do not use this feature for permanent exhibitions where the venue is closed on one or two days of the week.

Optionally, enter a start and ending time (use the 24 hour clock - so 8pm is 2000), leave this blank if this event does not have a specific time or happens more than once in the day. You may place the times in the explanatory text (entered below)

Enter a title for the event. Remember that the listing will appear among other events, so make the title specific. Please use proper capitalisation, not just upper case.
