You have your own entrance and a patio door overlooking a delightful, enclosed garden with picnic and barbeque facilities. The accommodation comprises a newly fitted kitchen, a cosy dining/sitting area with TV and WiFi, a double bedroom and a modern bathroom with a powerful shower over the bath. Linen and towels provided.
Situated in a quiet, attractive residential cul-de-sac with room for ample parking on the large forecourt. Excellent for walking/cycling. Next to Blean Wood RSPB Nature Reserve. Walking distance of the University of Kent. Just over 1 mile from the historic centre of Canterbury. 10 minute drive from the port of Whitstable. 25 minutes from the 2011 Open Golf Championship at Sandwich.

10 minute walk to the heart of the town centre, with all the bars, clubs , restaurants and river and of course the Cathedral and other historic places
We have a lovely garden that backs onto a field.....we are in a residential road, its very quiet and has access to parking. Lovely neighbours if you need any help.

Clyde House has been beautifully modernised creating a large and modern living space in which to relax and enjoy the seaside. Just a stones throw from the sea it's a great place for a family holiday. The house sleeps 6/8. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen with a table which seats 6 comfortably and a lovely sunny seating area leading on to the courtyard garden. A small utility area houses the washing machine and toilet facilities. There is a large living room with two sofas and gas fireplace and a further smaller study/sitting room. The first floor has two double bedrooms one en suite with sea views and a family bathroom with a bath. The second floor has two further single bedrooms.
