You have your own entrance and a patio door overlooking a delightful, enclosed garden with picnic and barbeque facilities. The accommodation comprises a newly fitted kitchen, a cosy dining/sitting area with TV and WiFi, a double bedroom and a modern bathroom with a powerful shower over the bath. Linen and towels provided.
Situated in a quiet, attractive residential cul-de-sac with room for ample parking on the large forecourt. Excellent for walking/cycling. Next to Blean Wood RSPB Nature Reserve. Walking distance of the University of Kent. Just over 1 mile from the historic centre of Canterbury. 10 minute drive from the port of Whitstable. 25 minutes from the 2011 Open Golf Championship at Sandwich.

This luxury caravan, located on the Alberta Holiday Park in Seasalter, enjoys superior equipment levels including, for example, a full sized television, DVD player, microwave and dishwasher. It can accommodate eight people and has three bedrooms. It has one double-bedded room (the second double bed is located under the seating in the lounge) and four single beds: two can be joined to create a third double. Gas and electricity is included in the hire price. Bedding is included: linen and towels are optional extras. Smoking is not permitted in the caravan, nor do we allow dogs. Suitable for families or couples as single-sex groups are generally prohibited within the park rules.
